What does an average day look like for you?
My team and I are responsible for supporting Anatwine’s applications in live environments, so basically we make sure everything is working as it should be, and anytime that it’s not, we create a solution to minimise impact on our clients.
How long have you been here?:
About 2 and a half years. I started as a support analyst, but was promoted during my first year here into the senior role.
What’s the coolest thing you have worked on?
I really enjoy fixing things when they break and creating solutions to stop them breaking again!
What is the best thing about Anatwine?
Definitely the people. I get on really well with my team which makes collaborating on issues much easier.
Stand out moment?
I can’t think of a specific moment, but any time we flag and fix an issue before it impacts on a client is really satisfying.
Other than your job, what would be your Mastermind “specialist subject”?
Animals or nature - I watch a lot of David Attenborough!
